A 27-year-old Brockville man has been charged with impaired driving after an incident in February where his vehicle crashed into a rural home. Witnesses say the car swerved into oncoming traffic, almost colliding with another vehicle before leaving the highway and crashing into a house. None of the occupants of he house were injured.
The man has been charged with impaired driving, driving without a license, failure to remain at the scene of an accident, and having open liquor in the vehicle.
