Arrest Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan

A Beverly Hills judge has issued an arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan, reportedly connected to a drunk driving arrest in 2007. The warrant was issued Friday and carries a bail amount of $50,000 US.

It is believed the warrant stems from an incident in May 2007 when Lohan crashed her Mercedes-Benz into a tree and was arrested for drunk driving.

Lohan pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of being under the influence of cocaine, no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08% and one count of reckless driving.

None of the allegations against Ms. Lohan are proven in any court.  Ms. Lohan is presumed to be innocent.
