Schreiber- Mulroney Commission Begins

Mr. Justice Oliphant heard submissions today from the lawyers representing Mr. Schreiber (our own Richard Auger), Mr. Mulroney and the Attorney General.  The issue today related to the scope of the inquiry in terms of what statutes, laws, regulations and other codes of conduct should be considered when assessing the interactions between Mr. Schreiber and Mr. Mulroney.
